The Walt Disney Imagineering Fan Club is a non-profit group of people who exist only to promote our love of Walt Disney Imagineering. The creators of this site have not in the process of creating this site generated any revenue or sold any advertising space, products, or information obtained from this site.

Of course Walt Disney Imagineering, the attraction names, song titles, and I’m sure the Imagineers themselves are all copyrighted by the Walt Disney Company of Burbank, California. But what you might not know is that the WebPages, formatting, and layout of the wdifan web site are copyrighted by Kevin Livingston (also known as Mr. Liver). Individual authors whose copyrights are noted on the pages in which their content was provided though in fact provided portions of this website. Please note that material from this website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Our moderators without warning or compensation can remove any message deemed inappropriate from the message board. No material from the message boards can be reprinted or retransmitted without permission. We ask that you post responsibly
3. Users who threaten or harass other users, or those soliciting advertisements or pornographic material will immediately lose their privileges to the chat room and message board. Chat room moderators reserve the right to make a judgement on when these rules have been violated and can suspend your privileges.
4. Users can also lose their privileges to our message boards and chat room if they are caught engaging or advocating illegal behavior or are seen otherwise breaking the law.

The moderators of our chat rooms and message boards are responsible for making the chat rooms and message boards as much fun as possible for everyone. If they determine any user to be violating our guidelines or their ISP’s ‘Terms of Service’ or ‘Acceptable Use Polices’ they reserve the right to terminate your connection to either the chat room or message board and permanently banish such users from the forums without warning. So play nice.
